Problem

Overcomplicated self-tracking

Most emotional tracking apps are either too clinical or too cluttered. Users feel overwhelmed by endless emotion lists, complex interfaces, and data overload, which distances them from genuine self-reflection. There is a gap between scientific rigor and emotional connection, and sienna was built to close it.

Solution

Emotional awareness app

sienna bridges art and science to make emotional awareness intuitive. By grouping emotions into five core families with subtle variations, users can easily log their mood without confusion. The app combines creative visuals with measurable tools, allowing users to transform self-observation into daily balance.
